Medan Town

I have good news for all Indonesian in Singapore (especially if you are from Medan, the capital of the North Sumatra province).

Yeah, Finally I found a rich flavors taste of Indonesian food in Singapore. Located at Tanjong Katong Road, Medan Town provides quite lot varieties of Medan’s dishes.

Medan Town specialized in Medanese foods (of course, from the restaurant name you can guess it already) that will make you drooling.

We tried Bihun Bebek Dry, Soto Medan and Es Campur Medan. All those foods that we ordered were their signature dishes.

Bihun Bebek Dry is an Indonesian styled Beehoon topped with layers of slow-cooked Duck, sprinkled with Fried Garlic and Spring Onion, and served with Duck Herbal Soup on the side.

Soto Medan is a Medanese Beef Broth with Coconut Milk served with Steamed Rice.

Es Campur Medan is an Authentic Medanese shaved ice, served with a mix of Red Beans, Fermented Tapioca, Grass jelly, Atap Seeds and Topped with Palm Sugar and Coconut Milk.

Bihun Bebek Dry, Soto Medan and Es Campur Medan are gloriously delicious!!!

Will I go there again? Absolutely Yes

Bihun Bebek Dry S$6.80

Soto Medan (Beef) S$6.80

Es Campur Medan S$3.50
