To all my super awesome readers, I just want wish you and
your loved one a Happy Lantern and Moon Cake Festival 2013.
This is a version of Shanghai Moon Cake by Mayy Ho (my sister colleague). She was personally handmade this moon cake to be shared to her loved one, I believed. Never tried this type of moon cake before, but I can say that the pastry is crispy and delicious, and love both egg yolk and the lotus paste as well.
The following moon cakes were given by my sister's mother in law.
