In conjunction of Hari Raya Aidil Fitri, I will share with you my review at Tambuah Mas.
Tambuah Mas specialised on Indonesian halal cuisine from Padang, Sulawesi and Java. This restaurant located at Paragon - Orchard.
For our dinner, we ordered Nasi Goreng Istimewa and Sop Buntut. They also serve a bowl of Emping crackers and peanut.
What is Nasi Goreng Istimewa and Sop Buntut?
- Nasi Goreng Istimewa is a traditional fried rice with prawns, chicken satay, acar, prawn crackers and fried egg.
- Sop Buntut is a Makassar style spicy ox-tail soup
All of the dishes that we tried are delicious. Anyway, their soup buntut portion is quite small, so maybe you may try their desserts afterwards :p
Will I go there again? Yes, once in a while
